Baby boomers have spent decades in political office. The leaders of the world’s most ​populous countries are over 70 years old. Their ideas are ancient, and they’re out of ​touch with issues GenX, Millennials and GenZ face today.

Under their leadership, boomers have:

• Amassed $Trillions in national debt and passed this burned on to future generations
  

• Created economic policies that favored tax cuts for the wealthy while also reducing ​corporate taxes
  

• Horded real estate, and done very little to address housing crisis and rising rent prices
  

• Depleted natural resources causing the greatest environmental harm to climate ​change
  

• Benefitted from Healthcare and Social Security programs, while not ensuring ​accessibility to younger people
  

• Created a culture of social inequalities and limited economic opportunities
  

• Entrenched political positions and resist any changes that benefit future generations
